I hate to tell you, but there's no easy way into that safe.

Have you noticed what building is underneath the apartment?

It's that laboratory with the giant laser.

Wouldn't be nice if you could use that laser to open the safe?

As a matter of fact you can.  All you need to do is deflect the beam.

Or should I say REflect?

The compact in the second room will help.

Go down to the lab and turn on the laser.

Start by directing the beam from the lab to some place in the apartment.

Put the compact in the beam and it will be reflected through the ceiling.

All you need is a second mirror to put the beam through the safe.
